The year is 2005, the embers of the Georgian-Abkhazian War still
linger as Russia and the United States resolve their conflicts, the
world watches as the superpowers aim to fight a common foe, at
last. Evidence retrieved from in the blast, puts the perpetrator in
North-Eastern Africa; an arms dealer with a strange resemblance.
Several states within the African continent succumb to escalated
levels of violence and in some cases, full scale civil war. Within at
most, a few hours; Eritrea, Libya, Niger, Sierra Leone plus Somalia
all incur violent civil uprisings. Amongst all this chaos, a profiteer.
Identified as Josip Kouassi, intelligence agency's across the globe
piece together an elaborate operation, and believe this man to be
behind the Pan-American Crisis, and several other, large warzones
across the globe. The United States identifies him as Jack Krauser
and dispatches Task Force 9© to neutralize their former colleague.
Across Africa, warfare continues, fueled by the many weaponry a
single man funded. The United Nations conduct deployments deep
into the crisis, sending the peacekeeping troops to regain order in
a coalition with allied nations while searching for the arms dealer.
As the United Nations fight one war, Task Force 9© do battle too.
