CENTCOM (SOCOM) -- The distinguished personnel of the 1st
Special Operations Group, Central Intelligence Agency are deemed
some of the best in the field of Special Operations, Counter-Terror
and Covert Warfare. The objective as a United States Government
asset has always remained the same; Deniable, Covert Operations.

The 1st Special Operations Group, Central Intelligence Agency had
been activated May 1st of 1979 as their alternatives, in MACVSOG
or Military Assistance Command Vietnam, Studies and Observation
Group disbanded. The 1st SOG-CIA replaced the MACVSOG in 1980.







The 1st Special Operations Group, Central Intelligence Agency has
Command over Task Force 9© as a pivotal component. The support
provided by the 1st SOG-CIA is by far some of the best, weaponry
and logistics can be acquired with ease, while military support is a
priority to the group, their primary function however; is Command.
